2. What Lightoflights Is (And Is Not)

Lightoflights is a platform that connects you with licensed or qualified therapists and provides tools for emotional growth.

Important:

• Therapy on Lightoflights is not a substitute for emergency medical care

• We do not provide crisis intervention services

• If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services

3. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or have legal guardian consent)

• Provide accurate information

• Use the platform responsibly

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login details secure

• All activity under your account

If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately.

5. Therapy Services

5.1 Nature of Therapy

• Therapy outcomes are not guaranteed

• Progress depends on your participation and consistency

• Therapists operate independently but within platform standards

 

5.2 Therapist Matching

We aim to match you well, but:

• You can request a change at any time

• Fit matters more than speed

5.3 Sessions

• Sessions must be scheduled in advance

• Late arrivals or missed sessions may be forfeited depending on policy

6. Payments & Subscriptions

6.1 Fees

• All services are paid unless stated otherwise

• Prices may change, but not retroactively
   

6.2 Subscriptions (Inner Circle, etc.)

• Recurring billing may apply

• You can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle

6.3 Refunds

• Therapy sessions are generally non-refundable once booked

• Exceptions may apply at our discretion

7. The Healed Community

By being part of Lightoflights, you may access The Lighthood.

You agree to:

• Respect others

• Avoid harmful, abusive, or disruptive behavior

• Not share misinformation or exploit others emotionally

We reserve the right to remove members who violate community standards.​

8. Content & Intellectual Property

All platform content (text, audio, programs, materials) belongs to Lightoflights unless stated otherwise.

You may:

• Use content for personal growth

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or resell content

• Use materials for commercial purposes without permission

9. Privacy

We handle your data according to our Privacy Policy, including:

• Session confidentiality (within legal limits)
