Conflict Resolution Worksheet

Conflict Resolution Worksheet

SKU: LOL-RT-001-V3

Space to understand what happened and prepare what you want to say.

Some conversations stay with you long after they end. You may know you are upset and still find it difficult to explain what hurt, what you need or what should happen next.

The Conflict Resolution Worksheet gives you a place to work through one disagreement at your own pace. Use it privately before a conversation or return to it afterwards. Print and write by hand, or type into the fillable PDF.

Understand. Communicate. Move forward.

Separate what happened from what you thought it meant. Name feelings and needs. Prepare a concern, request or boundary, consider your part and choose a practical next step. Record a shared agreement only if both people agreed.

You do not have to complete every page, share your answers or reach an agreement.

What is included

  • Printable worksheet: 8 A4 pages — cover, six working pages and optional continuation.
  • Fillable worksheet: the same 8-page worksheet, with fields for typing and selection controls.
  • Conversation Companion: 4 phone-sized pages of adaptable phrases.
  • Emotion Wheel: 1 A4 page with six labelled categories.
  • Emotion Words: 3 phone-sized pages using the same vocabulary.
  • Weekly Relationship Check-In: printable and fillable editions, each with 3 A4 pages — two working pages and optional continuation.
  • START HERE: a 1-page guide to the files, saving, printing and privacy.

One ZIP contains eight PDFs plus a file manifest and QA/change log. These are four practical tools across seven resource PDFs, plus the guide. The worksheet editions share content; the emotion resources share vocabulary.

The Weekly Relationship Check-In is an optional follow-up. Use it on your own to notice what went better, what remained difficult, how agreements or boundaries worked, your own responsibility and one action to practise next week. It is not a relationship score, and you do not have to share it or reconnect.

Choose how you use it

Begin with the safety note on worksheet page 2. Keep a blank original and save a working copy. For typing, download the PDF and use a reader that supports forms. Save and reopen to check your answers. Field capacities are shown; worksheet page 8 and check-in page 3 provide continuation space. Save another blank continuation page if you need more room.
Reader behaviour varies. The A4 worksheet is more comfortable on a larger screen or paper; the companion and emotion guide are formatted for phone reading.
