This is simple. Every morning, you step outside (or just move around) and walk a little. That's it. No pressure. No perfect routine. You can walk for 5 minutes or 20. You can walk alone, with music, or with your thoughts. You can walk your dog, pace around your house, or stroll outside. The point is just to move your body, clear your head, and give your mind some space to breathe before the day starts fully. Some days you'll feel great. Some days you won't. And that's okay. Just show up, walk, and check in. Small walks. Clearer head. Better days. Start anytime. Go at your own pace. We're doing this together!
